MARCH and Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC)

Classes on MARCH and TCCC are critical training programs designed to educate individuals, particularly military personnel and first responders but in our case also civilians, on life-saving techniques in combat or high-risk situations.

MARCH stands for Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation and Head Injury/Hypothermia. This class teaches the principles of rapidly assessing, treating and evacuating casualties on and off the battlefield. Emphasizing the importance of controlling bleeding, ensuring a clear airway and managing other critical injuries.

MARCH is a crucial basic knowledge for anyone working or aspiring to work in high-risk areas like Civilian Volunteer Workers, Journalists, Humanitarian Support, Firefighters, Military and Police.

TCCC focuses on medical care in combat-zones. It includes techniques like wound packing, tourniquet application, airway management and proper evacuation. These classes provide the knowledge and practical skills needed to stabilize and transport wounded individuals in austere environments, increasing their chance of survival.

We also emphasize the importance of the 3 stages of TCCC.

– Care Under Fire (CUF)
– Tactical Field Care (TFC)
– Tactical Evacuation Care (TEC)

In high-stress and dangerous situations, MARCH and TCCC training can mean the difference between life and death, making these lessons invaluable for those entrusted with the care of the injured in challenging scenarios.

Anyone can save lives!
